Honda is not being left behind. Who says that Honda is only capable of producing cars for Average Joe? The Sport Modulo S2000 disproves that theory. This convertible roadster is a mean sight, offering drivers a nimble driving experience that emphasizes cleaner driving and a more expert handling of any kind of road condition.
The chiseled lines of the S2000 is expected to blow off the top of other roadster competition, as it aims to prove that exceptional driving can come in really small packages.
One of the “hooks” of the S2000 is the fact that it has very stylish interiors; something that might be indulged in every time you step into the new roadster. Will this roadster deliver and wow? Give it a year in the market and we’ll see. What do you think?

Another nice cross-over model for the discerning car addict, the Chevy Equinox aims not only for classy looks but for fuel economy. This large machine will only consume one gallon of fuel every 30 miles. The previous model was a bit off the mark, guzzling a gallon of fuel every 23 miles. Seven miles is a big thing when you want to save on gas.
Since it’s a crossover model, we should look at the design. Along the line of Chevy, the design predecessor of this one is the Malibu Sedan. What makes this one more special than others offering fuel economy? Well for one, we think that the roominess is really something look out for- it competes directly with small cars that can accommodate only four adults comfortably.

Don’t be misled by the short “Edo”, because a fierce Lamborghini is behind it. What do you expect from a Lamborghini? Aside from automatic, near-natural bragging rights, the Lamborghini Edo is a fiercer competitor when it comes to the ultra-luxury class of sports cars.
Only five will be produced. Who will be the lucky folks who will be able to afford it? (We hope Bill Gates doesn’t set his paws on it, he’ll get a speeding ticket again, just like in the old days)
With a matte black body appearance, V12 engine and acceleration of 100 km/h per 3 seconds, it is worth the price. If you can shell out 495,000 Euros for this baby, one of the limited edition series is yours, customized to your every whim.

Would you look at that, another nice Corvette. For the younger generation, the Corvette is a stable of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. These smooth rides traverse the city architecture of GTA, rocking to the tunes of Esperanto. The Innotech Corvette C6 is another legend just raring to take to the mean streets.
The keyword for this car is “sporty”, compared to its predecessors like the Coupe and the Convertible. Sporty seems to be a saving grace for semi-luxury cars. Body kits will also be available for those wishing to invest in this Corvette. And hey, unlike its contemporaries, the Corvette packs 600 hp! Now where do you put that kind of displacement to the test? Head on to the autobahn!

Talk about using old designs to hide mean engines. The new SEAT Exeo Saloon is all about speed in a minimalist design. The Exeo Saloon first made its appearance at a large motor show in Europe and is now an exciting alternative to other more well-known cars.
This SEAT model retails for ₤17,000 (thrice more expensive than the C-line of Citroen, whew) but vows to provide three times more “classiness” than your usual car. That means more features, and sleeker leather interiors. Another reason for the price tag is the fact that SEAT is known for sport-y cars (not really sports cars), so they’re striving to provide more punch than your usual road machine.
The car is compliant with EURO-V standards as well. What a way to go for SEAT.

Talk about a macho car that looks curiously like the concept car in “Bruce Almighty”. The Ford Shelby GT500 packs up to 550 hp, with the downforce magnified. This Shelby also minimized drag for faster acceleration and a cleaner run on smooth roads.
Is it aggressive? Definitely. The aura of this one tells people to literally back off or get trampled. The architecture reminds us of Starsky and Hutch movies, but then again that’s just us. The rear axle ration is 3.55:1 which means more speed per second than others with less streamlined ratios.
On another note, the design of the hood was meant to remove excessive heat from the engine itself. Reminds you of those 1930s Volkswagen Beetles, don’t you think? The only difference is the heat extractor is at the rear.

It’s a big puzzle to everyone just how the car industry would pick itself up in the coming years. Economic trends show that demand is generally low, and there is a retrograde quality. Expensive cars are out, while the green cars and hybrids are still struggling. With the car industries running on fumes, how will it all end?
The price is the problem. Even Chinese manufacturers are retailing expensive cars. The European and UK markets are not doing well- in fact the UK market has a dropping demand rate. That translates to lost revenue and domestic production cuts. That means laying off too. What can the car industries do to save itself from obliteration? Government aid packages can only do so much for these companies.

How does a Cadillac compel a discerning audience? According to the makers of the Cadillac, the Crossover line would be employing a distinctive “Art & Science” approach to the crafting of the new Cadillac cars. Style consciousness is found to be a good niche, and coupled with the focus on mainstream consumers as well as car connoisseurs, the new Cadillac line wants the user to feel the movement of the car as it literally glides on freeways.
Aside from the nice vertical headlamps, there are other features to enjoy as well, such as the entertainment system, GPS integration and plenty more. The interiors are getting nicer and nicer everyday, and we should all expect the old “cloth” interiors on all cars to be obsolete in a few years.

There is one big problem for luxury car manufacturers around the world: no one wants to buy luxury cars anymore. So if a manufacturer plans to produce a million units, the time required to sell all those might be too long. The answer? Cross-over models. Cross-over models provide the speed and architecture of luxury models to mainstream consumers.
Like the Cadillac SRX- it’s a nice sight, but it’s decidedly less expensive than other luxury cars, and the manufacturers built it for practicality too. With reduced emissions and fuel economy, this Cadillac is humming to anyone with an extra wad of cash. Whether it’d be convincing enough depends on just how competitive start-up car manufacturers are. Remember- the small manufacturers want to move in with the Big Boys like Bentley.

Here’s another Bond-esque car from Bentley. You know, for a long time Bentley has laid low, but this 2009 comeback design is really a good way to attract attention. If you would notice, the rear and front design has been altered, to increase streamlined performance. A bit of history- the Continental GTC Speed has been modeled after the Speed cars from Bentley, way back in the 1920s. More than eighty years of Bentley research has gone into the production of the Continental GTC Speed.
Users can experience 322 km/h driving with ease and more importantly, control. You can even open the roof to blow your hair away. Now that’s a thought. Find a freeway or an autobahn in Germany, and drive the maximum speed with the roof open. See what happens?
